An experience focused on improved mental, emotional, and physical well-being. The goal of this experience is to strengthen your personal coping strategies using grounding and mindfulness exercises. Our guided animal interactions are designed to assist with stress reduction and emotional regulation. Please note: this is not psychotherapy nor meant to replace professional mental health services. This session does not include horseback riding.
